Mathieu Swaby is a Strategy and Growth at 12 Creative. Colleagues describe him as "I first met Mathieu Swaby at a volunteer social that our Society had, and his ideas and enthusiasm caught my attention. He was a part of the NAIT Capstone group who took on the project to build a new home for our Society on the internet. For four months, January to April 2023, the students worked hard to build out the first phase, the foundations, and prepare the documentation for the next Capstone group to carry on. It was a student group of comprised of a Business Analyst, Programmers and Designers. As the client, I challenged them to create a space that would be functional and relevant 5 years from now, and did they ever deliver. Together, they developed a thorough plan, set targets and nailed them. Mathieu has a keen eye to not just design, but a rooted understanding of marketing for purpose and engagement. I enjoyed our discussions exploring ideas, and am completely confident that one day I’ll be able to say “hey I know that person!”, featured in some magazine or show."
