- Maintain an ISO 9001 QMS within BRU/LGG - guarantee a consistent level of quality and reliability- Inform the Board of Directors about implementation & effectiveness of the QMS via direct reporting- Manage and supervise the teams “Security”, “Customs" & "Claims”- Manage and supervise the “Quality Controllers” team- Act as Responsible Person for Pharmaceutical Cargo (IATA CEIV/GDP-compliance)- Coordinate all quality system activities + maintain, distribute & analyze quality documents and records- Make sure security regulations are maintained and implemented within the organization- Store, distribute & approve all quality related documents (Exploitation Handbook, SOP’s, …)- Plan (audit), prepare and evaluate internal quality audits- Support external quality audits- Verify quality related training measures for employees- Plan and coordinate quality measurements (test and inspection activities, statistical techniques)- Ensure fulfilment of all norms of ISO 9001 and all quality requirements- Monitor and enforce CA/PA's- Review general customer expectations in regards to quality- Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization- Overall country responsible for implementation of CargoIQ/Cargo 2000- Compliance regulations being customs and security- Claim management

- Organizing internal audits + supplier audits according to ISO9001 Standards- Issuance + follow-up of CA/PA’s- Supporting external audits of airline customers or (airport)authorities- Follow-up of KPI’s/CargoIQ (Cargo2000) milestones- ISO 9001 - achieve & maintain quality standards - Updating, classification & distribution of all quality documents & procedures- Follow-up & adjusting all quality related trainings for staff- Creation of customer service standards & awareness within the organization- Project management- Contribution to community projects & initiatives

- Implementation of global e-Freight guidelines throughout local operating procedures- Pushing e-AWB usage in BRU to 65% (3 months)- Contribution to global e-AWB implementation within AFKL-network- Contribution to global IATA e-AWB SOP & standards- Obtaining involved customs licenses- Making necessary arrangements with handling agents- Elaboration of AFKL e-Booking platform - Implementation of e-Booking platform for the local BRU-market- Pushing the usage of the e-Booking platform to 35% (3 months)
