CurrentThe "Laboratoire d'Excellence" Tec 21 is a consortium of 7 academic research laboratories sharing the objective of developing new tools and methods for tackling increasingly complex issues of the 21st century. Through the coupling of fluid and solid mechanics, chemical engineering and biology, Tec 21 brings a higher level of comprehension of key phenomenons driving the develoment of technological innovations in transport and propulsion, the environment, civil engineering, energy, biomass and bio-products, process engineering and health. As part of the management team, my role is to promote the expertise of Tec 21 towards both public institutions and private companies, with the purpose of reinforcing collaborations and partnerships, and achieving one of the main objectives of Tec 21: linking research to societal needs.
