Mon expérience portait sur le système numérique de contrôle-commande d’une tranche charbon 600 MW. Mon travail consiste plus précisément à optimiser les alarmes présentes sur l’écran dédié en salle des commandes. J’ai donc commencé à m’intéresser au processus de production par divers supports. A partir de ce moment, j’ai réalisé un tableau recensant le nombre d’alarmes (logiques, analogiques, défaut capteurs, etc). Je définies des actions diverses permettant de réduire les occurrences et ainsi de n'avoir que les alarmes importantes pour le processus. Enfin je rencontre les exploitants pour définir ensemble les actions les mieux adaptées.
