Résultat : le chiffre d’affaires est passé en 6 ans de 24,5 millions à 102 millions de CHF. J’ai également mis en place une solution CRM et clienteling qui a permis de générer 20% du chiffre d’affaires, soit 20,4 millions de CHF.- Une expertise en formation : j’ai animé en présentiel plus de 120 séminaires de formation pour un total de 1000 conseillers de vente et managers.
