I have an absolute passion for healthcare. That is why I decided to further specialize in Healthcare management and hospital financing after my Master's degree in 'Applied Economics'. To this end, I followed a Master in 'Management and Policy of Healthcare' at UGent. In 2017, I started working at Möbius. There I execute optimization projects in numerous Flemish hospitals and other healthcare institutions with a focus on analytical projects, with mostly also visual representation of results via (interactive) dashboarding (PowerBI, Excel, Qlik, R). Based on my strong analytical skills and my knowledge of the healthcare sector, I try to achieve a strong result 'shoulder to shoulder' with the client in every assignment. Within Möbius I developed a specific focus on hospital finance. With the support of VLAIO and together with 9 hospitals, I am also working on the construction of a Value4Health dashboard that maps out the costs and revenues of care paths based on an 'Activity Based Costing' methodology.
