I'm the Lead Product Designer at Cloudi-Fi where my initial task consisted in building a Design System incorporating librairies such as AmCharts for data vizualization, or AG-grid for complex data table. Once this system was established I conducted an inventory and research, in order to refine the entire application by applying a consistent design language, integrating new interaction patterns, and adhering to advanced usability and UX principles. This iterative enhancement process resulted in a more coherent and user-friendly experience across the application. Then I shifted my focus to develop innovative features with cross-functional teams on projects related to IoT, BYOD, captive portals, 802.1X and more.Additionally, I'm also actively involved in enhancing the company’s branding by updating all the elements of our communication ecosystem. This evolution in branding takes source in all the materials created for the product, which contribute to harmonizing and strengthening our brand identity.

I was hired by Amadeus to create their first large-scale design system for B2B applications, known as “The Design Factory.” The aim was to ensure its seamless integration within the organization, with a strong focus on evangelization to foster best practices to encourage adoption. A dedicated team was established, conducting regular ceremonies such as component and guidelines reviews, as well as PR reviews, to maintain steady progress. Over time, it evolved into a thriving community of experts from various fields, including UX, development, Product Definition Analyst, and Product Management, and has since been adopted by multiple departments. The design system was built following WCAG, with the Level AA target, enabling the creation of accessible digital products.Another key objective was to contribute to product development, focusing on travel-related applications like Selling Platform Connect, NDC-X, and Amadeus Direct.In 2021, I transitioned to the Payments division (OutPayce), working on payment solutions, innovation, and FinTech applications. My contributions include enhancing the department’s internal tools through design systems, guidelines, and data visualization using platforms like Power BI, Qlik, and JS libraries.
