- PPO sur l'application SI TE (Système d'Information des Transports Exceptionnel) pour la Délégation à la Sécurité Routière (DSR), application web utilisée par les transporteurs (≈3000 utilisateurs) et l'administration publique (≈200 utilisateurs).- Concepteur fonctionnel sur les applications SIG et DEDO, pour le client Comutitres (Gestion des passes, contrats et clients des transports en commun en Île de France).Pour ces deux projets je suis en relation directe avec le client et l'équipe de développement en interne chez Klee Group.

My missions where as follows:Organization and animation of scrum rituals;Writing functional specifications that I convert into user stories;Ensure quality assurance monitoring;Communication with internal or external customers, ensuring their satisfaction;Monitor the consumption of projects in capacity or package and maintain an operating margin;Anticipate and report potential risks to management.

Durant ce stage de 6 mois, j'ai eu les missions suivantes :- Internal audit of the appropriation of the business management methodology ; - Continuous improvement of the methodology.

Job: I analyzed the performance of the bank's client using all accounting and financial documents available (balance sheet, income statement, debt, account statements...).Then, I had to write a note on whether or not to pursue the credits granted for each client.Results: I designed a tool that allows to synthetically visualize financial analysis data. I was able to present it to all the business managers. This earned me accolades from the director of the agency for a tool that is still used to this day.
