-Member of the management team-Setup of a custom reporting framework for all European operational companies, starting from scratch.-Realization of a centralized database containing all relevant sales data and centralized and structured product and customer databases-Prepare setup of a Product Information Management system for all group products.-Monthly reporting and analysis of all consolidated group sales and margins in relation with budgets to the executive committee and all sales directors.-Quarterly reporting and monthly calculation of all consolidated royalties to all licensors for 65 license contracts.-Preparation of budget templates for sales people, processing of returned templates, calculation of budget cost of goods and royalty amounts and first margin analysis.-Setup of fully automated customized daily reports and dashboards, e.g. sales, stock levels, stock rotations, open sales and purchase orders, borrowing base, etc…-Ad hoc analysis on all possible data contained in one of the 5 different ERP-systems, e.g. detailed customer portfolio analysis on sell-through, stock levels, margins, ROI etc…-Member of different project groups

1) AMAS Database Management-Supervise accuracy and consistency of the master data of the ERP system, resulting in a uniform, up‐to‐date and correct information system for all of the platforms.-Supervise and coach 3 direct reports: 2 Database Administrators and 1 Database Analyst AMAS.-Pro‐active upgrade of the AMAS database structure to enhance efficiency and transparency.2) Sales Support Responsabilities-Develop and follow‐up of a standard decision support framework that helps to determine, follow‐up and realize regional strategies. Identify strengths and weaknesses and propose improvements to the sales managers pubs, platform managers and AMAS management.-Follow‐up and analyze monthly sales figures and suggest possible improvements to obtain the platform’s sales targets en profitability.-Measure and analyze the efficiency and efficacy of marketing and sales promotions within AMAS.-Develop interactive tools and working methods that contribute to a greater efficiency of the sales force and a decrease in administrative workload.-Supply and analyze data to prepare and finalize agreements with Alken‐Maes and AMAS partner companies.

-Manage a client portfolio of 30 beverage wholesalers and 700 horeca outlets with a turnover of approximately € 7 million.-Realize a constant annual growth in turnover.-Negotiate partnerships and purchase conditions with key beverage wholesalers.-Introduce new products within horeca outlets-Increase availability of CCEB‐brands within horeca outlets-Negotiate P.O.S.‐materials
