OMEGA CAT SYSTEM is a french start-up company located in Rennes (France) that provides solutions in the field of olefin metathesis. We produce and develop new catalyst libraries: more than 50 different ruthenium-complexes presenting a wide range of characteristics as a highly modular activity (from moderate to notably higher than the classical), a better thermal stability and a lower ruthenium metal contamination in the end product. Those qualities make them suitable for new applications in different fields. We also help industrials to optimize their own olefin metathesis processes thanks to our know-how and many years of experience, and also propose other services around olefin metathesis. The company received many award such as the Industrial Chemistry Division prize from SCF in 2013.I am presently in charge of various project such as : ° Custom synthesis for customers ° Sold product synthesis with a quality control ° Research and development on new products (catalysts and more) ° Utilization of our technology in the field of materials ° Actor in a ANR program (CFLOW-OM)

Development of zincate chemistry in enantioselective nucleophilic additions.The aim of this work was to investigate the reactivity of an old class of regents : Ate complexes, in enantioselective nucleophilic additions.This work founded by ANR was done in collaboration with NMR team (H. Oulyadi, Rouen) and Theoritical calculation team (H. Gérard, Paris).
