As a Project Manager - Research at GIRACT, I am responsible for leading global market intelligence projects related to food, food ingredients, and food technology. I work in collaboration with my team to deliver insightful recommendations to clients across multiple sectors and regions, utilizing my strong analytical, market research, and presentation skills. I have completed several studies on topics such as starches and derivatives, sweeteners and rare sugars, proteins, savory ingredients, omega 3, probiotics, preservatives, cheese, rice and its value-added products, infant milk formula, micronutrient fortification, hydrocolloids, and emulsifiers, has allowed me to provide competitive benchmarking, supply chain analysis, and strategic guidance to our clients.I hold a Master's degree in Food Technology from Anna University Chennai and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Biotechnology from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Research and Analytics from the Madras School of Economics, where I apply advanced data science and business analytics techniques to address complex research problems and develop innovative solutions. My hands-on experience in using Python, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, PowerBI, and Tableau has allowed me to leverage technology to enhance the quality and accuracy of my research.My passion for exploring new trends and opportunities in the food industry is reflected in my constant pursuit of up-to-date skills and knowledge.
