I designed and I deliver a series of workshops on hostile environment awareness training (HEAT), targeted for diplomats who deliver assistance in conflict zones. I’m responsible for the cost effective and delivering business growth strategy.⁞ ⁞ ⁞Aid workers, diplomats and NGO’s must be able to navigate in unpredictable circumstances. To deliver assistance in remote or hostile regions where medical facilities can be few, they need practical savvy. In this case-based training you’ll learn how to maximize the opportunity of a positive outcome. Our HEAT program covers assault, kidnap, managing corruption, ethical dilemmas, crisis communication, coping with traumas, etc. ⁞ ⁞ ⁞Trainers with field experience constantly increase the pressure due to insecurity. Actors make the scenarios immersive. You’ll get personal feedback to enhance your personal learning and boost your stress resistance. The course methods are based on practical learning. We simulate a crisis situation which will keep you submersed in your role for days. I’m head of administrative, educational and logistical coordination of the medical department. I’m the first point of contact for the medical freelance instructors and I have significant coordination responsibilities. I’m in charge of the cost effective and delivering business growth strategy.⁞ ⁞ ⁞EDUCATIONAL ADVISOR- I’m responsible for creating medical education programs, communicating the latest evidence based practices and act as a resource to the Emergency Response Trainers- I’m responsible for creating and implementing new education programs with a multidisciplinary scoop- I write scenario’s for response plan exercises in which we test the response framework and standard operating procedures- provide program support to the Education Manager and provides the following operational support - I teach CPR and Advanced Life Support⁞ ⁞ ⁞TRAINER- I provide medical training for police, firemen, medical professionals and companies- I’m in charge of HEAT trainings (hostile environment awareness trainings)- I organize conferences and round-table discussions, related to the topic of Emergency Response⁞ ⁞ ⁞TEAM MANAGEMENT- I select and prepare trainers- I supervise work unit planning and I organize team participation - planning of the weekly schedule- I carry out quality checks & analyze customer satisfaction surveys- I’m the liaison between freelance trainers, clients and field ambassadors of Medical Training Department ⁞ ⁞ ⁞PROJECT COORDINATION- overseeing and preparing financial reports - supervising purchasing procedures - set-up all logistic support activities for scenario trainings- preparing tenders for European projects and ensuring compliance of procurement procedures- supervising internal and external communication strategy- follow-up of the information provision with the stakeholders (police, fire department and of internal procedures, communication, logistical needs, etc.
