As Product Development Manager I am part of the management team and responsible for supervision and planning of four development teams, Electronics & Embedded software, Biomedical Engineering and Industrial Design, containing in total 20+ engineers focusing specifically on development of high-tech NIRS and EEG devices.
Currently I am leading a team of 5-10 R&D engineers in developing a clinical Near Infrared Spectroscopy system. The team of engineers have a background in software, electrical, industrial design, testing and quality assurance.
