After finishing my education I found myself not knowing exactly what to do and because of me being me and my previous jobs as a bartender, I ended up working in the hotel business.I had a blast working in this business but it never felt like 'home'​. So this career ended in 2013 and I had to figure out what I was going to do. The part of the job that I really liked and look for in a new career is working with people, not in an office or on the road by myself. Also I wanted to get into an occupation that is more technical and involves building a product. Through a friend that was working as an operator I became interested in this field and started pursuing a career and luckily succeeded in doing so. In 2014 I started working at Dupont Dordrecht at the VSOP plant. In June 2017 I finished my 2 year learn/work program for the Process operator B degree at Chemours Netherlands at the Teflon Homopolymer plant. I accepted the offer to keep working here. At the end of 2018 I became an all-round operator and in 2019 I started the Operator C program, which I finished in 2021. My strengths: My experience with people helps me to connect with them quickly, I'm creative, I'm good with my hands and have a strong analytical perception that allows me to see (possible) problems and to give realistic solutions.In my free time I play ice hockey and do some photography. I've played hockey since I was 5. Photography is a starting hobby but one I what to keep learning about and hopefully will improve.
