Young Professional (Trainee in Dutch) at the Dutch Central Bank, which entailed I had the opportunity to explore three different parts of the Bank for two years and develop my professional skills. For the first eight months I was assigned to a banking supervision department where I learned more about financial regulation. Afterwards I was assigned to a policy department where I coordinated the Dutch contributions to international organizations that DNB is a member of and where I conducted policy research on BigTechs. Finally, I was assigned to DNB’s resolution department where I was involved in the resolution planning for significant institutions and in crisis management.
