Cirrus Assessment is an e-assessment platform that covers the entire process, from creating exam questions and administering exams to evaluating and reporting results. In my role as Teamlead Services, I am responsible for the entire services department, ensuring that we provide high-quality support and service to our customers.Responsibilities:- Leading the Services Team: Managing and developing the team to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.- Access Management Specialist: Overseeing the onboarding of new employees and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within Cirrus.- Member of the Security Steering Committee: Actively contributing to the security steering committee concerning ISO 27001 compliance and security strategies.- Budget and Hours Management: Responsible for managing the services budget and hours tracking, including monitoring costs and efficiency.- Integration of Previous Responsibilities: Continuing the responsibilities from my previous role, including customer contact, incident management, and project management.
