I carry out resource studies and technical due diligence of geological models and mineral resource estimates in both exploration and operational environments. I worked on geological models and mineral resource estimates in various settings from orogenic gold to heavy mineral sands, VMS base metal and seafloor metallic nodules. I have experience with implicit geological modelling (Leapfrog), geostatistics and mineral resource estimation and reporting in accordance with international reporting codes (e.g. JORC 2012, NI43-101).In this role, I gained a solid understanding of Python and a good working proficiency of SQL and independently developed in-house software to optimise RSC's QC, data preparation, validation and visualisation workflows.

As consultant exploration geologist I was involved in exploration projects for gold, high-tech metals and heavy mineral sands within New Zealand and abroad. In the capacity of exploration geologist I designed and supervised exploration programmes and gained experience in technical report writing. Key achievements in this role were the design and management of an alluvial gold exploration programme in Papua New Guinea and a prospectivity study for gold in the South Island of New Zealand. Additionally, I played an important role in RSC's transition from MapInfo to QGIS software and in standardising and documenting the analytical procedures used in the QGIS software package.
