A custom corporate clothing and branding company, as well as a sub-brand for their own label. I was in charge of quoting, customer service and managing new orders. I helped manage custom orders with different suppliers, thinking on my feet when there was a problem and making sure that the quality we put out was of the highest standard. Customer service was a big part of the job as we had numerous returning clients that were important to our small business. I trained staff and I was entrusted to take over a large managerial role when one of the owners went overseas for four months.

An organic fertilizer and compost company with sustainable packaging. I managed the website content, social media and I was in charge of sales and marketing of the company. The company rebranded and I was apart of the team that created the content. I took the product photos and I updated the website. I marketed and sold our products to nurseries and trained their staff on our products. I helped oversee the construction of a large greenhouse on site where I grew plants from seed for the testing of products within the greenhouse.I helped hire new staff members and respectively trained them on our products and the company.
