👋🏽 Hi, my name is Mathilde🎓 Background is in work and organizational psychology (Oslo) and communication science (Amsterdam) - check out my research https://doi.org/10.1007/s11616-022-00762-8.🌇 Stavanger native, with a passion for creating content, digital HR solutions and developing strategies for continuous learning and DEI. 📚 Since 2020, I've been working at a Dutch startup in Amsterdam, giving me the opportunity to gain experience withing several different parts of a company, including People and Culture (HR), Marketing, Finance, Sales, supporting the founders and managing the office. My time has mostly been spent on marketing efforts such as content strategy and creation across platforms. Research for marketing, product and internal process improvement, and sales purposes. As well as people and culture related tasks including recruitment, career page, employee onboarding, staff welfare and happiness, employee benefits etc. 💻 One day in the future I hope to work as chief of staff or marketing in a company with a diverse team that is focussed on innovation and learning.🏔 In my free time I like to travel, learn new things (languages, ceramics, cooking, career skills etc.), get "lost" in the city, read and spend time in nature. 💪🏽 Strengths: Content creation, marketing research, SM strategy, human and workplace culture development skills, problem solving and strategic planning.
