- Keeping records of all financial transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly reportings and communicate the reporting to relevant parties - Calculating the monthly distributions for debt entities, reconciling the registers with legal team, preparing the monthly VAT returns, perform daily cash reconciliations, monitor outstanding payments - Preparing the financial statements under LuxGAAP and ensuring the filing of annual accounts in a timely manner, - Communicating and coordinating with all internal and external parties - Responding to administrative /accounting issues and answering queries - Supervising the daily work of Junior accountants and trainees

- Handling the overall client satisfaction and the resolution of his various queries (handle the client inquiries via phone and e-mails, day-to-day tasks, talks on the Net Asset Value) - Preparing of annual financial accounts under LuxGAAP, and providing information to external auditors - Responsible for the day-to-day accounting of international funds with a diversified portfolio (Bonds,Equities, Funds, Futures, Options, FxFwDs), calculating monthly NAVs, bookkeeping of Private Equity funds and Real Estate funds - Processing the payments for the funds and third-party fees - Carrying out any other administrative and operational duties - Preparing and reviewing the monthly/quarterly CSSF reporting - Accounting software improvements in relation with our IT team
