Doctorat en cotutelle entre l'Université de Sherbrooke (Canada) et l'Université de Mons (Belgique). L'objectif de la thèse est d'utiliser conjointement l'information visuelle et sonore grâce à de la fusion et du conditionnnement de modalités pour détecter, classifier et localiser dans l'espace des évènements audio-visuels. Différentes techniques de fusion et coditionnement basées sur les réseaux de neurones profonds ont été étudiées.Ph.D. in co-supervision between the University of Sherbrooke (Canada) and the University of Mons (Belgium). The objective of the research is to use visual and acoustic information jointly throughfusion and conditioning to detect, classify, and locate in space audio-visual events. Different techniques, based on deep neural networks, were implemented and studied.
