- Project Leader : Hired to launch a new department within the company: Recruitment of seniors, training for juniors, and project deliverability management (from kick off to go live following Agile Methodology)

- Salesforce Consultant : Guide the client through his CRM transformation project by designing and implementing CRM strategies and tools. Business analysis and implementation in Salesforce directly.- Planning and Project Management : Keep track of deliverables and plan workload between resources. - Product Owner : Interact with employees at all levels of the client organization to define the best possible approach to the challenges they are experiencing. Write and prioritize User Stories following daily the Agile methodology.

- Change Manager : Implementation of a new resource planning tool. Carry out change impact assessment. Design communication plans. Encourage transparency within the department​. Review roles & responsibilities of the impacted team.
