- Women’s empowerment project based on Fair Trade, Agroecology and Feminism.- Support to women’s groups making handicrafts and processing food to generate income.- Project management responsibilities (80%): Project planning, monitoring and evaluation, workshops facilitation, external representation, staff hiring, partner’s network management for integrated strategic approach, proposal writing and reporting, supervision of project’s interns. - Communication responsibilities (20%): Social media posting about project information and activities. Relevant news prospection about calls for proposals, public policies for family farming and fair trade events.- External representation of the IPB: Bahian Network of Agroecology – organisation of the first itinerant meeting of Agrecology in the State of Bahia.
