During my time at ACRP, I played a role in a significant economic research experiment focused on investigating a contagion effect within the banking sector resulting from an idiosyncratic press event. My primary responsibility involved analyzing the data using clustering techniques and econometric methods to derive valuable insights.Working closely with ACPR agents, I utilized my expertise in data analysis and econometrics to examine a comprehensive dataset of French press articles. Through careful analysis, I identified patterns and relationships, revealing the influence of a computed stress press indicator on various aspects of the French banking sector, including liquidity, dividend yield, and spillover effects.Key contributions to the project included:- Conducting clustering analysis to identify distinct groups within the French press articles based on their sentiment and content.- Applying econometric techniques to quantify the relationship between the computed stress press indicator and its impact on the banking sector.- Collaborating with team members to interpret and validate the results, ensuring the robustness of the findings.- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations that effectively communicated the research outcomes to internal stakeholders and external audiences.This experience allowed me to deepen my expertise in data analysis, econometrics, and the application of statistical techniques in the field of economic research. I am proud to have contributed to this influential project, shedding light on the interplay between press sentiment and the banking sector, and providing valuable insights for risk management and regulatory decision-making.

Stage au sein du Service des relations européennes de la Banque de France. La principale mission de ce stage était un travail de recherche concernant l'investissement et la politique d'Union des marchés de capitaux en Europe, menant à la rédaction d'un bulletin. Cela consistait à rechercher des informations (presse, rapports des institutions, articles académiques) et à collecter et analyser des données (Eurostat, OCDE, BCE, données d'enquêtes, Banque mondiale, etc). L'analyse de données représentait le fondement de notre argumentation concernant la politique d'Union des marchés de capitaux. La réflexion autour du bulletin de notes, ainsi que sa conception, ont été réalisées en coopération avec trois autres agents de la Banque de France. En parallèle de ce travail d'étude, j'ai également été au plus près des agents qui participent à la coordination des instances européennes, assurent le suivi des dossiers et réalisent des études qui s’y rapportent. J'ai ainsi pu les accompagner dans leur activité de coordination.

Stage au sein de la Chaire CERNA de la Fondation Mines ParisTech. Stage en Big data, en collaboration avec Universal Music Paris, réalisé en binôme.Manipulation et analyse d'une base de données composée des écoutes des titres de musique d'Universal Music France sur Spotify (+base de données comportant les informations de tous les titres d'Universal Music).Création de playlists de titres basées sur les préférences des consommateurs (clustering).Modélisation économétrique pour expliquer le nombre d'écoutes par titre en fonction de facteurs tels que l'heure d'écoute, le genre de musique, comment le titre a été trouvé (par l'album, l'artiste, le nom, etc), le profil de l'utilisateur, etc. Manipulation des données sous Python et analyse sous R. Présentation des résultats à Universal Music nécessitant une vulgarisation une certaine pédagogie.
