In the context of the acquisition of Staples Solutions'operations in Central & Nordic Europe, I've worked closely with the group finance management team to facilitate as much as possible the integration of these entities in the group. My 6-months-mission mainly focus to : - Coordinate the discovery of the finance organisation & teams in each entity acquired (6 countries)- Organise & co-animate a brainstorming with the group finance management team in order to define the target operating model of the corporate finance (teams, projects...)-Animate the finance gap analysis for one subsidiary-Be the point of contact for the finance teams joining Lyreco, guide them in the Lyreco way of doing & to the best people to answer to their questions-Find solution for each emergency together with the group finance teams :)

- In charge of 5 french legal entities- Manage a team of 27 people - Maintain and ensure accurate accounting records, tax & local administrative compliance.- Produce local financial statements, tax returns & Group reporting- Work closely with business departments on various topics & be the main contact for group & local auditors- Produce local financial statements- Lead projects (digitalization of flows, implement new business process...)
