• ROLE PURPOSE: - Develop, implement and own the marketing plan that will support sell-in and subsequently drive sell through of the products over the lifecycle, maximising ROI and ensuring performance issues are.
• Support the development of a rolling 3-6 months Marketing Plan based upon market analysis, the Marketing Strategy and the Central Marketing Plan/Toolkit, filling any gaps with locally driven development.
• Drive a coherent and balanced multi-channel approach and execution in order to realise business target objectives. - Campaign management
• Development: Media planning, ATL localisation and global messaging alignment. Ensure that PR, social, digital, retail and sponsorship pillars will drive consistent brand and product messages across all consumer-facing.
• Implementation: Liaise with transcreation and media agencies to ensure the timely and flawless execution of in-market campaigns. Monitor the performance of ATL campaigns and help in the optimization process- PR.
• Manage the PR activities in France, working closely with Central Marketing PR, ensuring alignment and consistency.
