Au sein de l'asssociation Entourage et sur les villes de Rennes et Lorient je coordonne le magnifique projet LinkedOut. Celui-ci a pour objectif d'accélérer le retour à l'emploi de personnes en situation de précarité ou d'exclusion en alliant mobilisation citoyenne, réseau et tech positive 🔥. Mes missions sur ce projet : - Recrutement, présentation et formation de coachs bénévoles à l'accompagnement LinkedOut ;- Piloter le sourcing de candidats, animation d'informations collectives, entretiens individuels ; - Création de binômes coachs / candidats, suivi régulier du parcours d'insertion professionnelle, animation de formations & ateliers. - Création et développement du réseau d'associations prescriptrices, création de partenariats et travail en collaboration afin de proposer toujours plus d'évènements enrichissant pour le parcours candidats ;- Organisation d'évènements de convivialité, temps forts, sorties ; - Participation à la mise en lumière de l'association via des forums, communications presse, présentation de l'association lors d'évènements ; - Management d'une personne en service civique ; - Implication dans l'amélioration continue du fonctionnement de LinkedOut et suivi des kpis / reporting d'activités auprès de financeurs et partenaires.
