As a part of the content & communications team at Fritz Hansen, I am responsible for a variety of tasks that support our global media presence and enhance our brand visibility. My key responsibilities include:- Creating and sending out engaging press newsletters to keep our stakeholders informed about the latest updates and news.- Designing and distributing press releases in multiple languages to ensure our messages reach a diverse audience.- Tracking global media coverage to monitor our brand's presence and influence in the market.- Maintaining and updating the CRM system to keep our media contacts and interactions organized.- Organizing and executing product loans and press events.- Community management on social media. - Monitoring and strategically collecting user-generated content.

• Project management of client projects with a focus on employee engagement.• Creation of surveys, data validation, and formulation of analytical reports.• Conducting meetings with clients, concerning project coordination and processes.

Handling all forms of customer inquiries, with a focus on service and guidance, especially within Nordea's digital platforms.
