As the manager of the DataBI team, my main mission was the recruitment and training of a new team of 4 persons. My role also included the continuity and development of the following projetcs :- Centralization of company data to guarantee a reliable and single source of truth (Talend, SQL, Python). The main flow processes data from SAP based in different continents.- Creation and maintenance of data repositories to improve information management (Talend, SQL, Python).- Review existing projects, audit data flows, technologies used and identify areas for improvement (Talend,Cognos).

SCJ company (team of 6 developers) is specialized in the digitalization of the wholsale commercial process. It offers Android and Web solutions to help B to B sellers to take orders. My missions:- Data interfacing from customer ERPs to our SQL Server databases (C#, SQL, bash, visual basic).- Deployment of solutions on client's servers.- Creation of a search module (SQL Full Text Search).- Development of an API allowing access to customer databases (C#, .NET Core, Swagger).

Datamanager in the URGI team (ISO9001 certified). My missions were:1. The integration of large volumes of wheat data in the GnpIS information system (https://wheat-urgi.versailles.inra.fr/Data). 2. The implementation of ETL tools with Talend Open Studio and the creation of SQL, Perl, Bash and Python scripts allowing the insertion of data and the maintenance of a PostgreSQL database. 3. Data query in Java and ElasticSearch as well as the development of web interfaces under Java GWT. We used Git for versioning and Jenkins for the tests.4. I was Srum Master for one year: facilitating meetings and monitoring the team (15 people). We used Jira and Trello.5. Presentation of the results during project meetings (French and English). Following internship mission:Creation of data processing tools for protein microarrays (maintenance).Analysis of large datasets from protein chips (continued).

Creation of bioinformatic tools for the interpretation and visualization of microarray data proteins.Using Perl to format the data.Using the R language for processing data.Implementation of different scripts on a Galaxy plateform.

Development of version 2 of the software Autograph: recovery of data from the Ensembl API, creation of a new database in Perl, adaptation of the website and algorithms to the new database in HTML/PHP.

Creating a website managing authentication of people (students, teachers, ...) and access/manipulation of courses.
