Key Responsibilities:Production Operations:- Oversee all aspects of factory operations to ensure efficient and high-quality production.- Manage production schedules, inventory control- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to maintain optimal performance.- Oversee and manage Odoo, the software utilized in the company.R&D and Product Development:- Conduct laboratory research to develop natural cosmetic formulations.- Formulate and improve cosmetic products based on market trends. - Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.

Winner of the challenge organized by L’Oréal and Décathlon. The thematic was the wellness experience of athletes. We created a massage device that helps the athletes to create a personalized recovery session. Our idea was selected among 70 other teams, and we had the opportunity to pitch in front of professional juries.
