Within the Climate and Energy Transition team, I am in charge of the economical assessment of the projects and of the financing and contractual scheme for all the energy transition projects in all zones (Europe, US, Asia). I support and give guidance in this field to the rest of the team.The main missions of the Climate and Energy Transition team is:- to provide solutions to Solvay’s industrial sites regarding the potential alternatives to fossil fuels and for heat and electricity; - to promote the solutions to the industrial sites and the associated Business Units;- to ensure the implementation of these projects.The Climate and Energy Transition team has been created for addressing the Group challenge in terms of reduction of GHG emissions. Solvay’s current target is to reduce that figure by 1 MtCO2 by 2025 at constant perimeter.
