Responsible for handling corporate recruitment needs in line with Company objectives for positions based in Monaco, Schiedam (NL), Houston (USA) & Rio (Brazil).- Develop a quality talent bank of external candidates.- Review, assess and filter candidate applications against the agreed criteria and make recommendations for CV shortlists to HR BP and hiring manager. Conduct the first stage of interview and provide assistance in subsequent rounds if appropriate.- Collect, process and provide complete, high quality and accurate written feedback to all stakeholders in the recruitment process. - Manage the candidate offer to a successful close.
