Management of a team of 5 people in the office, and 4 people in the field.- Management of product developments: creative aspect, elaboration of specifications for perfumers / graphic designers / external service providers, definition of budget, follow-up on retro-planning and budget, regulatory follow-up, production monitoring and launch on the market,- Development of sales in France and export markets through various B2C and B2B distribution channels: wholesale, retail, own store.
