Its initial model is structured around ephemeral markets, the Hives, which welcome producers and consumers every week. The company creates a platform for producers, for "Hosts" and for consumers. I arrived after the 2015 Series B fundraising, I participated in the construction, structuring and improvement of the product team. The product team is organized in autonomous squads with developers, designer and PM. Each squad was responsible for a business objective and it was their responsibility to set the product strategy, the creation and monitoring of their roadmap - from user research, to prototyping and user tests, to coordination with other teams and finally to the deployment of the functionality or product. I was able to work on different perimeters / functionalities such as changing the payment service provider, redesigning the emailing strategy, a transparency on the products & feedback system, logistical tools for producers ...I was also responsible the recruitment and the support of an intern on her end of study internship.
