- Production of weekly reports on the financial performance (sales, margin, profitability) of the company for the management. - Responsible for inventory management, sales analysis, and product MaMaKa’Z losses, within the 6th largest supermarket in Australia (Harris Farm).- Improvement of tracking, reporting, and analysis tools for results and activities.- Execution of weekly bank reconciliations.- Participation in monthly closures.- Management of supplier payment operations.- Handling of invoices and receipt of purchase orders.

- Daily reporting of production value for operational teams and management- Implementation of analysis and control tools for the two newly acquired sites by the group- Creation of a comprehensive document on the company's management control and ERP usage.
