Following Alaya’s acquisition by Benevity in December 2021, I transitioned into a managerial role within a global company that expanded from 33 FTEs to over 800 employees. Currently, I lead a team of 8-9 Client Success Managers, overseeing a diverse portfolio of 100+ clients, including some of the world’s most recognized brands.My responsibilities span across the EMEA region, with a focus on key markets such as the DACH region, France, the UK, and Spain. I ensure our clients in these regions derive maximum value from our solutions, driving their success and the growth of our partnerships.

In this role, I managed relationships with larger, more complex clients across Switzerland and internationally, as our company expanded its footprint and secured significant global deals. My focus shifted towards driving client success, renewals, and growth, while a another team member took charge of implementation and support. As our company scaled, I was also responsible for hiring, training, and onboarding new Customer Success Managers, ensuring they were well-equipped to maintain our high standards of service. Additionally, I led a team of two junior CSMs, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles and contribute to our overall client satisfaction and retention goals.

In a dynamic and rapidly growing startup environment, I managed a diverse portfolio of SME and enterprise clients across Switzerland, guiding them through the full customer lifecycle—from post-sales implementation to ongoing support, renewals, and growth. These clients, ranging from 50 to 5,000 employees, relied on our platform to drive employee engagement through volunteering and giving initiatives.As one of only two Customer Success Managers in a 15-person company, my role extended far beyond traditional CSM responsibilities. I was instrumental in shaping and defining key processes that supported our entire customer journey, from implementation to retention. Additionally, I played a central role in the deployment of our first Client Success Management tool, establishing the foundation for scalable growth and exceptional service delivery as our company expanded.

As the lead on one of our most significant projects, I managed the relationship with a consortium of 60+ private schools, who adopted our solution to engage students and teachers in impactful volunteering initiatives. In this role, I collaborated closely with our engineering team, effectively stepping into a product management role to guide the development of a customizable, white-label platform tailored to the schools' needs. My responsibilities included onboarding the institutions, providing ongoing support, and conducting QBRs with the board members and executives of the school group, ensuring they maximized the platform’s potential and reported their community impact effectively.
