This position is a Clinical Practice for the duration of the Fall 2020 semester, in which I taught and co-taught under a mentor teacher in French FLED high school classes (9-12) in accordance with the Georgia Department of Education (GADOE) curriculum and standards (GSE). I employed a variety of instructional techniques, both in virtual and face-to-face learning, to provide differentiated, interesting lessons as well as effective diagnostic, formative and summative assessments.

I became part of the team here in 2015 as a French Assistant Teacher, and continued on to help in the English Department with Kindergarten through 3rd Grade, before becoming a Lead Teacher for 4-K (preschool) in 2018.Throughout my time here, I have participated in multiple workshops about bilingualism, Project Zero and general inquiry based learning, and been part of the worldwide Bilingual Projects the French and English language tracks share each year in conjunction with the French Ministry of Education's requirements. While each year, my main responsibilities varied depending on the grade levels I was working with, I always was in a role where both of my native languages were needed, and worked with both the English and French Language Tracks directly.
