Thanks to my master degree in applied statistics and food sciences carried out at Agrocampus Ouest and through many projects and training courses in the sensory and statistical field, I have developed a real interest for the methods of collecting preferences, profiling and comparing products, concepts, packaging etc. This specialization allowed me to learn and to apply methodologies often used to study sensory and consumer data as far as to understand that statistics where essential to translate assessments into useful results.Through my experiences, I have had the opportunity to go until an in depth assessment of different kinds of product and to develop a strong interest for tastes, odours and mouthfeel sensations.Besides, my current job as project manager in a consumer research institute (Stratégir) enable me to strengthen my marketing knowledge and to get used to the achievement of consumer marketing studies from the brief to the delivering of clean and operational results and recommendations. My competences in marketing, statistics, sensory and consumer researchs allow me now to work for the cosmetic industries (sniff test especially) and to take an active part in the development of new methodologies and offer (preference mapping …).
