Restructuring, insolvency and debt collection.Restructuring and insolvency: - Preparation of memoranda and general legal case management - Preparation of all documents in connection with a bankruptcy case, such as creditor information, quarantine summons and avoidance investigations- Participation in court hearings at the Maritime and Commercial CourtDebt collection: - Responsible for practical case management- Dialogue with clients, debtors and the courts - Participation in bailiff court hearings on behalf of clients

Responsibilities: Overall management of the board's daily operations, including the development of a branding strategy and recruitment of new members. In addition, we have organised and hosted general meetings, workshops, online events and company visits for students at the University of Copenhagen.
