Full-time internship in African Offshore Services' Operations Department in London. African Offshore Services (AOS) provides accommodation and logistical services to the oil industry in West Africa. The operations department is responsible for the operation of AOS’ four conventionally moored accommodation barges, in addition to a deepwater newbuild project. Main duties were to communicated with clients, partners and colleagues at the head office in Cyprus, write emails and process purchases. In this job, I learned how to communicate between different cultures and I developed skills within organising, supervising and reporting on operations.
