Graduated from the University of Ottawa with an MA in Bilingual Studies in 2020 after completing a BA in English Studies and L2 Education from the Université de Pau (France) in 2015. Specialised in second-language education, language education policies at the university level, and integrating international allophone students. Teacher of English as a second language at the University of Ottawa since 2017, and of French as a second language since 2015. I have taught in France, Canada and the United States. Passionate, dynamic, autonomous and creative. A permanent thirst to learn and improve as a teacher and as a human being. A great variety of experiences with a wide range of different audiences (adults, students, young professionals, teenagers, international students, etc.). I speak many languages and am always keen to learn more: fluent in French, English and Occitan, I fare well in Spanish, understand Catalan both spoken and written, have some basic knowledge of German, Dutch and Basque. Very diverse passions and interests, in addition to language and language teaching: music (both playing and listening), arts (calligraphy and illustration, specifically), reading, writing, video and board games, environmental causes, etc. A real philomath, I am constantly seeking new learning adventures.
