I&P is a pioneering impact investment group dedicated to financing and supporting African startups and SMEs. Through its $400m+ AUM, I&P provides equity, debt, and seed-funding instruments to 250+ companies. Heading I&P Conseil's advisory activities, my missions include: • Developing I&P’s advisory business line, including business development, recrutment and P&L monitoring.• Leading advisory projects for international institutions, DFIs, private players, governments and public bodies, including management of project teams to ensure the quality of client deliverables. • In charge of I&P's 3-day annual training on impact investing dedicated to industry executives (+60 attendees, 3 editions) Selected advisory projects include:• Designed innovative funding structures in frontier markets, from seed funding mechanisms to fund-of-funds (Ethiopia, Rwanda, Senegal...)• Evaluated the impact and financial performance of investment vehicles, such as a major pan African €50m private equity fund• Conducted various research & advocacy work on blended finance and catalytic capital Other responsibilities include: • IPAE II Fund - Contributed to the structuring, negotiating and execution of a €1,2m equity investment in a Malagasy pay-as-you-go solar energy company• AFD - Programme manager of the Social & Inclusive Business Camp, an acceleration programme dedicated to African social entrepreneurs, implemented by a consortium of 4 international partners led by I&P Conseil (€2m budget, 3 years)

Strategy consulting for France and international large groups, mainly in public sector, media, hospitality, and retail. • Conduced a due diligence (buy-side) for a French public investor willing to develop digital inclusion• Designed and implemented a "test & learn" innovation strategy for the French Postal service, willing to develop new revenue streams • Designed the B2B offer and pricing structure of a European broadcaster willing to enter the B2B market• Implemented conversion and anti-churn strategies of a music streaming actor, based on user data
