In 2014, the Centre Pompidou started the revamping of its ticketing solution and the implementation of a contact management visitors database. I have the chance to work as an assistant project manager during the project phasing, configuration, proceeding and testing of the new ticketing solution, Secutix 360 (used by the Ville de Reims, the Opéra de Paris, and the Monnaie de Paris). Secutix 360 will allow the in-site and remote sell of tickets and the management of visitors database and newsletter tool. The new ticketing solution will be implemented by November 2016.At the Visitors Department, my principal tasks include:- transversal project management (retroplanning, meetings planning...) with the ticketing provider and the Directions of the Centre Pompidou- analysis of the Centre Pompidou ticketing needs, redaction of the configuration contract and configuration of the new ticketing tool. - test of the new ticketing tool- change management (selling, welcoming and reserving process and formation organization)I am also in charge of the distributors (reporting and sells analysis).
