Personally managed and directed efforts of 15 providing legal, project finance, tax, accouting, engineering, regulatory, environmental, gas, asset management, and operations support. Developed and prepared critcal-path project schedule. Actively met with Brazilian politicians, regulators, and industry senior management. Moderated project strategy discussions with senior management

Loaned over $800 million and served as account officer for the power and mining portfolio. Prepared risk and financial analyses for new project transactions. Financings were for construction, acquisition, working capital, and credit enhancement. Worked with developers, independent engineers, legal counsel, and bank syndicate on origination and portfolio management activities.
