With a mission to help my clients achieve their financial goals and aspirations, I leverage my MBA in Marketing and my 10+ years of experience in the banking industry to provide them with tailored advice, products, and services.Before starting BCFC Wealth Management, I worked at RBL Bank for over four years, where I progressed from Senior Manager to Branch Manager, managing the operations, business development, and customer service of the branch. I was instrumental in driving the growth and profitability of the bank by acquiring new customers, cross-selling products, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also developed and led a high-performing team, ensuring compliance and quality standards, and delivering on the branch targets. As a wealth management leader, I have honed my skills in sales, cooperative, decision-making, and team management, enabling me to add value to my clients and stakeholders.
