 Designing a New product with detailed explanations and also which meets the standard requirements, customer requirements and Manufacturing Feasibility.  Arrange cross functional meeting for each new product development and prepare minutes of meeting sheet for each and every points discussed in the meeting. Create concept design for new R&D products. Develop detailed design models and drawings after getting approval of concept design and Submitting drawings for prototype development. Conduct team meeting for every new project, and explain to the team members about project and our plan to finish the task within the time limit. Responsible for 3D modeling of valves and development activities. Conversion of 2D drawings into part models and assembly. Good knowledge in GD&T for effective drawing preparation. Creating Bill of material for each design developed. Structural and Thermal analysis of valves in CREO software. Handled Ball valve, Butterfly valve, Gate valve, Globe valve, Check valve and Safety relief valve. Drive design calculation for various valves such as Gate valve, Globe valve, Check valve and Ball valve. Good knowledge in product manufacturing and product failure root cause analysis.

• Create 2D assembly and part drawings with complete Bill of Material by using AutoCAD Software.• Design of Industrial Valves such as Ball valves, Butterfly valves, Check valves, Strainers etc.• Done valve testing as per valve standard and prepare test certificate for valves.• Also actively participate in Quality checking.
