Preparation of raw material procurement as per Work Order & QAPPreparing AutoCAD drawings for cutting processProcess Planning & Production planning.Estimation of materials for ProjectsRaise Material Inspection Request (MIR) upon arrival of material in accordance with Delivery note and Material Testing Certificate.Stage Inspection like Fit up, Dimensional, Weld visual, Alignment, Final, Leak test and Surface Protection as per approved QAPPreparation of Inspection test plan, Quality control reports/ Test pack reports as per approved Drawings, Technical Specifications and Codes Good exposure in various testing activities like DPT, MPT, UT, Hydro test, Chalk test, Pneumatic test etc..,Supervise the appointed workers (Fabricator, Welders, Riggers and Painters) and effectively complete the workload in the allocated time frames.Welding techniques (SMAW, SAW, GMAW & FCAW).Assures that Quality Plan will be explained & demonstrated to fulfill the requirements of the Project.Supervise the Boiler duct fabrication from plate cutting to final trial assembly also taking assembly clearance from third party QC Personnel.Solve quality related drawing difficulties & make it clear for production.Participating in Engineers weekly/monthly meetings, preparing points for discussions, following orders and requests for consumables material.Raise Work Inspection Request (WIR) upon completion of work.Continuous Visual Inspection right from Raw material inward to dispatch.Conducting visual and dimensional inspection of the fabrication & Painting as per Requirements.Monitoring safety analysis in plant.
