As a Product Manager SIRIUS I am co-responsible for the SIRIUS CRM ecosystem (combining a.o. Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, Azure, Talend, and PowerBI). With 11 agile teams we work together in a SAFe Agile Release Train to replace the global Mercedes-Benz CRM ecosystem. Within the Agile release train, as product manager, I have the responsibility for the BICC team (focusing on Business Intelligence, Business Analytics and Data Science) and the PTDT team (focusing on Data Warehouse and Data Loading).

Working as PO for the BICC team. With this team we are implementing a full new BI environment in PowerBI based on our new CRM ecosystem where Salesforce (CRM) and Genesys Cloud (Omni-channel) are the main data sources.

Working in parallel as a Business Intelligence Consultant and a Business Analyst on the implementation of Salesforce within the contact centers of Mercedes Benz.

Working as a Reporting Specialist on the Business Analytics & Global Performance Management department at the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht. The Business Analytics and Global Performance Management department is part of the Business Excellence group within the Mercedes-Benz CAC. We are responsible for all BI-related questions within and about the CAC.

In association with B&R Beurs Rotterdam, we founded B&R Beurs Eindhoven: a student investment society. Members join an investment group in which they co-manage a real money portfolio consisting of equities, fixed-income securities, and derivatives. B&R Beurs Eindhoven organises various educational, social and career-oriented activities related to Finance & Investments for its members. To summarize, B&R Beurs Eindhoven offers students an inside view into the world of investing.

For my Bachelor Industrial Engineering I have conducted a research project at MediReva. During this internship I have analyzed the performances of the suppliers. This project has led to a model that automatically creates supplier performance reports.
