My job – and passion – is to support companies in their strategy development. I do this in different ways – as facilitator of strategy workshops, as an advisor, a coach and as a speaker / teacher. I am running workshops for top management teams where we analyze the environment and explore new opportunities. My job is to design the meeting together with the client, facilitate the workshop in a way where everybody’s experience and thoughts about the future is getting heard. The key aspect of the job is to find a good balance between opening up and zooming in. At the end we are formulating strategies where “the Why?” and “the How?” are equally important as “the What?”. I also advise and coach individual managers and management teams in strategic issues, conceptual thinking and strategy implementation.
