Neeraj is the Vice President of Solutions Engineering at Kognitos. He is an AI and Automation evangelist and leader who has spearheaded VMware's intelligent automation program. This award-winning program has achieved significant operational efficiencies across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, hire-to-retire, legal, & IT management processes by integrating RPA, AI/ML models, Intelligent Document Processing, Conversational AI, Generative AI, and Process Mining techniques.Neeraj has worked as the technical and strategic advisor to CXOs and senior executives, enabling some of the world’s largest organizations to scale through their intelligent automation and AI/ML journey. Neeraj has an extensive background in software engineering and large-scale systems architecture. He has built and managed mission-critical and revenue-generating software systems for investment banking at Goldman Sachs.Neeraj is a frequent speaker at Intelligent Automation conferences and venues and a Guest Lecturer at Carnegie Mellon University’s CIO executive program. Last year, Neeraj co-authored a book titled “Intelligent Automation: Bridging the Gap between Business and Academia,” which aims to develop critical technology management talent for building and running scalable and mature enterprise-wide AI and Automation programs. Neeraj currently serves as an Advisory Board member for Nokod Security, helping build security and governance solutions for low-code/no-code platforms.With an undergrad in Computer Engineering from the University of Rajasthan and a master’s in information technology management from Carnegie Mellon University, he has kept abreast through graduate studies in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University and executive programs of Chief Information Officer and Chief Data Officer from Carnegie Mellon University.
